Established in March of 2007, this value-add and development fund is a partnership between Secure Capital and the Sorbara Group. The Sorbara Group is an integrated real estate, development, investment and management firm with a 60-year history of business growth in Ontario. Through its subsidiaries and affiliates, the Sorbara Group owns and manages over 6 million square feet of industrial and commercial space, as well as rental residential projects and some retail space. Low-rise and high-rise development is carried on through the Sorbara Development Group.
